Yes. Most any gift card found in your collection may be shared with friends and family.

I lost one or more of my gift cards. What should I do?
Answer
Your gift cards all have a value which may be redeemed with our local partners. If you have misplaced your cards within the first two weeks of your delivery, please call us at 502-333-9955 to discuss your situation with one of our experts.

How do I see my profile and access my digital offers?
Answer
Congratulations on your big achievement! You may create a profile at DoorBelles.com and view your digital offers under “My Offers”

I don’t want to receive a ton of sales calls and emails. Is my personal information going to be shared?
Answer
Your collection is all about celebrating your accomplishment. We do not share or sell personal information such as your email, phone number or address with our partners, so you won’t receive annoying calls, spam, or junk mail. You will have the option to receive special announcements and notifications from DoorBelles at the time that you create your account.

What if I am not home/at work when the DoorBelle delivers my gift?
Answer
That’s okay! At work, we will attempt to deliver up-to two times, and depending on the situation, will leave your collection with your HR representative, receptionist, supervisor, or colleague and send you an email explaining the gifts and offers inside. At home, we will leave a door hanger notifying you that you have received a collection, and a number to call to schedule a delivery.

Can I target a certain audience? Income, location, gender, # of children, etc.
Answer
Currently, we allow our partners significant exposure to up-and-coming professionals and new homeowners throughout the community. We anticipate providing our partners with more options for targeting specific demographic audiences in the future.

How can I measure my ROI? (How do I know if my DoorBelles offers are bringing people to my business?)
Answer
Partners will receive monthly email reports breaking down DoorBelles Pro and DoorBelles Home delivery information. In addition, once recipients redeem their collection card at your place of business, they will be invited to review your product or service on our website.

I want to be involved but my business doesn’t have a large enough budget for advertising. Are there other ways I can partner with DoorBelles?

Can you ship the DoorBelles Collections?
Answer
The DoorBelles experience is all about personal recognition and interaction. For that reason, we do not ship collections. However, you can arrange to purchase and pick up a Special Occasions collection to deliver or ship yourself.

How do you choose who receives a personal delivery versus a digital delivery?
Answer
We deliver a total of 400 DoorBelles Home and DoorBelles Pro collections each month, per market. Due to the exclusive nature of the gifts and offers included in each collection, we determine which nominees receive a personal delivery primarily based on zip code as well as the number of direct requests we receive from our human resource manager partners. Digital deliveries are provided to every nominee and nominator.
